Claim

I have guest stole things from my property. I opened the claim and got response from case manger , from the email “response@airbnb.com”. I reply it back and it shows the email doesn’t exist. Do you have problem like that? And how should I contact case manager?

Was there a link or button in the email to click on, bringing you to the Inbox system ?

Then try that one. Or look at your Inbox system for the message.

If not there, change account to section "travelling" and look again for Inbox
