Contacting a potential guest to let them know that you can accept their booking ,after refusing it.

I had an inquiry which I had to refuse now I find that I need to contact the potential guest to ask then a question

If the booking inquiry hasn't expired just message then in the platform @Lynda360

@Lynda360  It should still be possible to contact the guest through the original message thread and invite them to reserve.
