Credit didn't get properly applied

I had a credit on the books for a trip that we were forced to cancel due to COVID (when COVID first started).

 

Here was are in late 2022 and I just finally convinced my wife to travel, so we booked a new trip.  The credit on the books was never applied.  We booked anyhow, but I want my credit.  At this point, I want the money refunded, not another credit.  I don't even see a place to go to deal with accounting headaches like this.  Please advise.

A credit can be found in your account and can be applied when paying for a reservation.

But it must meet conditions. if it is a coupon, please read:
