Dates blocked for booking Amsterdam

We have a property in Amsterdam that has an official listing and a permit, for which we pay to the city. However, Airbnb has set us as private host and limited our dates to 60 days a year, and will not release the dates for further booking! We have submitted all forms required and made calls every day to help center employees that all the time does not seem to be able to do anything except for 'escalating the ticket' resulting in totally noting! Has anyone having a contact of a team leader of whoever is able to at least do something!?

We pay an enormous amount of commission and have a 100% five-star score or all our guests, now I spend hours on the phone with the horrible system of waiting and dailing zero's and ones, and verifying accounts.. 0 result! Makes us crazy!! 

Super poor service for the people who are in the end making sure Airbnb makes their millions of dollars profit! Over our backs!

Are you saying the limitation for 60 nights a year is only for private hosts and not for host owing a business account ?

If so:

Your listing shows your account is not setup as a business-account, otherwise the business information would be in the listing.
