Does anyone know how to set up a coupon for weekends?

I would like to encourage people to book both Friday and Saturday night.  I am considering a 5% coupon for booking both Friday and Saturday night.  Does anyone know how to set this up?  I would also like to set a separate price for Friday night and Saturday night.  How do I do that?
