Aside from a the dedicated workspace, pool and EV charger my Airbnb is equipped with everything else on the card.

Hello Paula, 

I do have everything on your list except the 

EV charger-I am looking into getting this amenity in the future. 

Fireplace-My property is in the Florida area and a fireplace is not something that is needed. 

Hot tub-I do not have a hot tub, however I do have a heated swimming pool.

Hello @Bobby304, That’s interesting! A few other hosts have also mentioned in this thread that an EV charger is the only amenity they’re missing.
