Host refunds due to COVID-19

Hi all, 

I have read that us hosts will get up to 25% return for all cancellations due to COVID-19. Anyone knows when these will start getting sent out?

@Thomas181 there is no fixed date as of yet, it is still very much up in the air.

You may get 25% of the 50% you would otherwise have gotten under a strict cancellation policy. Many, many threads on the forum on this issue if you care to do a search.

you need to read the criteria carefully, it depends on cancellation policy. There are plenty of threads on this. The second question...'early April' was mentioned...I haven't heard anything yet and last time I looked 15th April was mid April! Good luck,
