  3. Make the dim sum dough by mixing flour, water, and salt. Knead the dough until smooth and let it rest.

  4. Roll out the dough and cut it into small circles or squares.

  5. Place a small spoonful of filling in the center of each dough piece and fold it into a dumpling shape.

  6. Steam the dim sum in a bamboo steamer for several minutes until cooked through.

  7. Serve with dipping sauces like soy sauce, chili oil, or vinegar.  **
