Lower quality of customer support

Is it only me who notices this? Or airbnb customer support level really went down for last couple month? Looks like airbnb contractors started to hire totally unqualified people who have nothing to do with hospitality and real estate.

In the last three days I had two interactions with CS. The first was a phone call, it took all of 45 seconds to realize the lady helping me had zero clue and terrible CS skills. I told her I'd write in and terminated call. 2nd this morning, different issue, with an online chat. Again CS didn't even understand own Airbnb rules when it came to guest requirements. I told her to close out ticket and I'd call later in the day. Maybe a coincidence maybe not.
