Marketing/Hosting only long term stays

I have 4 short term Airbnbs in an 8 plex I own. My city only allows me to have 4. I can have more in the specific complex but they would have to be long term or 30 days or more. What’s the best most efficient way to market these as I do not want to waste a potentials time who needs a short term. Airbnb recently said that 20% of the business is 30 days or more so I k ow the markets there. Any thoughts appreciated..

@Chip12  Market long term bookings elsewhere, not on Airbnb. Yes, they are promoting long term bookings, but they provide none of the safeguards landlords normally use with tenants. Like a real security deposit, first and last month's rent, references, work history and employment, criminal record check, and so on. And if you end up with a squatter, Airbnb will not have your back.
