Smiler situation happened to me , one guest in 25 degrees sunny London days
Left heating on 24/7 I couldn’t sleep in my room because of the heat ,
my bedroom is in 2nd floor ,
Only one night I switched of the heating,
the guest wasn’t happy and left 2 star’s review
also the guest complained that i was washing my clothes under her stay
I complained about the case on Airbnb after few long exchange messages between Airbnb and myself for few days
Airbnb said that’s policy , they can’t remove the review
it was just wast of my time
I’m super host and having 4,80 stars from 70 guests hosting 4 properties
one bad review destroy hosts repetition and booking
hope airbnb cooperate better with hosts
