Resolution Center Requests NOT Working

Like many of you, I send a pet fee request after booking.  When the guest receives the email, they click the button and it takes them to messages with no way to pay.  I've had four of these in the last 30 days.  I also had this happen on a recent trip I took.  I was able to complete from my laptop, but not my phone.  Is anyone else having this issue?  Not everyone has a computer, and it should work.

Some other hosts reported this glitch as well. I wonder if it has something to do with the last mayor changes on the platform

It absolutely has coincided.

@Kimberly268 I've never gotten the Resolution Center to function properly in the mobile app. When browsing by phone, I have to switch to the Desktop version for most features other than booking and messaging.
