Hi,

We have been shutdown in SA so my guests cannot come. How do I cancel or refund money without being penalised

It’s just been on our news, 

You could message the guests who must be aware it’s a government decree and ask them to move their dates otherwise they can freely cancel up to 24 hours before check in .

- Do " chat message " with Airbnb Support Help centre, Twitter or Facebook contact for multiple booking cancellation.

- Contact Airbnb case manager, assure prompt reply from the team.

- Booking cancellation without penalty

- Booking cancellation not being affected your listing

If you msg your guests and do an alteration in dates to a later date that way it may help retain your Guests bookings and give them and you something to look fwd to in future.
