Submit license and insurance documentation to Evident

Hi,

I tried several times to submit my driving license and insurance documentation for my experience to Evident. All are valid - for at least 90 days at the time of submission. When I upload them it shows me ‘’ Evident is reviewing your documentation’’. After a day I check if there is a result but it shows me to upload them as I have never done it before.

When I write down to the support, I am receiving emails as the next one:

‘’Thanks for reaching out,

Your verification request is now complete. Please reach out to Airbnb for your next  steps.’’

When I go to Airbnb, my experience continues to be unpublished, waiting to upload the same documents and there is no message or email for these ‘’next steps’’ ……

I don`t know what to do. Can someone help me?
