airbnb suspended

I am a super host and my property has been suspended with no notification or explanation given to me. i have been calling and inboxing for 4 days now with absolutely no response.  I’m at a loss in what to do?

Your listings are not suspended (anymore), so it seems our issue is solved.

I am having this same issue as well now.  @Cari782 What did you do when you contacted the better business bureau?  

I honestly would just like some feedback from Airbnb.  All I get is we can’t answer any questions but we can have our team will reach out to you.  I have no clue what exactly is going on with it.  I just know I can’t get any new bookings and I have people asking me why they can’t book now.  I too only found out by going to my calendar.

@Emilie or @Catherine-Powell if you can help I would greatly appreciate it.  I depend on this income.

I submitted a complaint online and they reached out immediately to airbnb. wish i could say that really helped. I kepted going back and forth because they kept telling Airbnb they were working with me on it. But they weren’t. They weren’t responding to me, they weren’t explaining to me why I had a suspension. I thought a lawyer and then all of a sudden my account was opened back up. They never told me what happened or that it was being turned back on. Absolutely horrible communication . I do my best not to even talk to anyone from airbnb. I’m currently trying out Evolve, but they’re new

@Emilie Thank you for the reply.  Yes the account was unsuspended.  I haven’t heard anything about my claim since Saturday though.  That update was it was just forwarded up to someone else.  Any insight on how to follow up there?

Also suspended with  no reason being explained.. Bern a superhost for  7 years..

 

We value airbnb choices and always call first gif suggestions prior to attempting anything such as escorting unruly guests.

 

We called airbnb for assistance with an illegal  party (broken rules) and get suspended without notice.  We had called three times,  first call back was two hours apart as we were told they would get back to us. We were thinking they’d get back right away so after two hours we had to call again as by then it had gone from 13 to 20 visitors..   These were gang members (lots of red clothing) in their 20s. .. so we of course were very concerned and wanted to stop further progression as it was getting late at night and we have lovely neighbors.

Hi @Quincy four of the listings I cohost and manage are now blocked and we aren't being told why? We are superhosts and all four of the properties only have 5 star reviews and a great record on airbnb, any help is appreciated!

Hi yes, we have been calling for over a week- they keep saying they are "investigating".

Yes. investigating. That is their answer. I really don't understand. Like you I have been a super host, though they actually started my "hosting" over again after the mess. You have their super host phone number I assume? Also they said they were "escalating" my issue.
