Airbnb bookings for events

We have a Boutique Villa in Greater Accra, Ghana. We get many inquiries for events that potential customers would like to hold in our stunning Villa and gardens. However, the Airbnb pricing and booking template is not flexible enough to be useful for these kind of bookings. Pricing is very different for events and not at all like a booking per room / per Night.

Please make the website more flexible for all kinds of bookings, such as for events where for example a breakage/safety deposit often has to be very high to protect the premises.
