Airbnb email

I have several properties I manage/host.  I took for granted how the email names were always listed as the first name of the guest with (Airbnb).  Several weeks ago now all of them read Krystal (Airbnb) no matter the guest, no matter my device. This becomes a little confusing. Is there something I need to do to get this to function properly?
