Hi 🙂

I am trying to change my nightly price to a long term monthly price. I have searched and cannot find how to do that, whatever I have done to change it does not work.  I am temporarily unlisted until I can change this, I do not want a short term reservation. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

@Juliann0 if you use a PC or laptop, go to "Host", then to "Manage Listing" and then to "Calendar and more". As you see your calendar, go at the top right of the page and select "availability settings". There you will see the sections "minimum stay" and "maximum stay". 

At your "maximum stay" you can put the number 30 or more, if you don't want reservations for less than a month. 

This is the process to set your time limit. 

Now, if you want to set some monthly prices , as a discount from the nightly prices, then you need to go to "pricing settings" which is next to "availability settings" and then select "long-term discounts". 

You cannot choose only monthly prices. Nightly prices are obligatory.
