Can I create an Airb&b listing, manage and host on behalf for my neighbour?

My neighbours live overseas and have a large furnished house plus 2 apartments with amazing seas views that stand empty for most of the year.  They asked me to do vacation rentals for their property.  When they heard that I have successfully hosted guests on Airb&b they asked me whether I would do the same for them. Is there a way to list their property, field enquiries, book and host on their behalf?  

They would pay me a management privately.

Of course - but it depends on what they want....

Either a new profile set up for their property to keep it  totally separate to yours, with their bank details, etc. The can add you as a co-host or the main host.

Or, alternatively you can add it as a listing on your profile.

I would suggest the former as it keeps their business separate from yours.
