Extra charge on cancellation

My travel plans changed, and I cancelled my airbnb booking, more then a month out. The booking was a flexible cancellation policy. 

When I went to cancel, I understood the service fee is not refundable, and it said so. The first page said "you will be refunded xxxx amount". When I clicked enter/submit/next (whatever it is), the page said I will get differnet lesser amount back on my card, basically on top if the service fee, I am getting charged an extra amount, and that wasn't part of the terms I read. 

Has this happened to anyone else?

I don't believe this has to do with the host, so I don't want to bother him/her, I think this is an caluculation issue on Airbnb. How do I contact somone on the site to get this resolved?
