Facility to accept a deposit

I would like Airbnb to have a feature for host to accept a deposit to secure the booking with the final Balkan e paid 4 weeks before trip due.  This is a major problem when guests want to book many months in advance but of course don’t want to pay all upfront so far in advance.  I am losing bookings because of it.
