Haven't received payout

Guest says that his credit card was charged but we never received the payout. What's up? It's been more than week

Have they checked in yet?  AirBnB retain the monies until 24 hours after the guests check in.

How dies Airbnb know that the guested checked in?

Do the guests have to inform them or is it the host's task and if so how?

24 hours after the check-in time on the listing, unless there's a complaint filed during that time
