How do I check info on a potential guest?

We've only had one guest so far, a long term that went very well!  Now we have a request for another long term and he appears to have stayed with Airbnb previously.  How do I find any reviews on this person from previous hosts or other helpful information?

I've only been able to reach that information by using a desktop computer and going to the Airbnb web site, ot by using the Firefox web browser on my iPad. The app didn't work for me. Click on the small picture of the guest and it should take you to their profile, ir at least pop up a button that says, "View profile," and clicking on that should take you to it.

Check his profile - any host reviews will appear there.

Some hosts also check social media.

Also make sure you have your listing set for fully verified guests then you know your guest has had to provide photo ID.

Do make sure particularly for longer term bookings, you talk to your guests through BNB first to make sure there is a good fit and that you have clear house rules around your expectations and use of your home.
