Here it looks that there is no need for partial payement, because guest are paying to Airbnb during reservation - do I understand this correctly?

Hello!  I do not have a reply to your question but I have a question of my own related to partial advance payment:

My guests arriving on the 22nd of June till 5th of July.  

The annual maintenance expenses exceeded my budget so I would like to know if and how is it possible to get a partial advance payment from Airbnb or the guest.

@Billy72 that is not possible, Airbnb only releases paymets 24h after check in, and you can't ask your guest for money directly.
