ID Verification

I've been trying to book a home for the last hour, everythings been really simple and quick but I got stuck on the ID verification. I took a picture on my Provinal ID front and back it seemed to go through but now when i open the app is says to add verfication and ill go through the process it says everything went through and im good to go but immediately pops back up. I've contacted the owner and theyve responded with they havent got and requests.

Can you get to a laptop or desktop computer, @Jaguar1? People say the app has glitches. If it still doesn't work, Tweet to AirbnbHelp to hopefully get a quick answer.
