Legal implications hosting guests age 20

I was wondering if there were any legal implications of hosting guests age 20?
If guests are under 21 would I be responsible for anything they do?

Are Florida laws different from those stating 18 as legal age of maturity, @Ulli7? Guests must be at least 18 to book according to Airbnb rules.

@Ulli7, well, once a person reaches the "age of majority" they are considered an adult and can make legally binding agreements and are responsible for their own behavior. This age is 18 in all US States except Delaware (19), Mississippi (21), and Nebraska (19).

Other than being able to purchase alcohol, what legal difference are you thinking there is between a 20 year old and a 21 year old guest (assuming you are not in Mississippi)?
