Logged a claim with Airbnb 2 weeks ago and no answer from Airbnb

I rented a villa in Spain and the guest had lied about all details entions. They never respected the house rules and messed up completely the villa. Now trying to get Airbnb to resolve the problem but since you can t contact them, you have to patiently wait for them to get back to you. Two weeks already and nothing. I am not even sure that they are interested to resolve issues despite the fat 15% commission they take. I don t recommend Airbnb for villas. The commission is the same as a local agent who is reachable! Very dissapointing.
