My guest had a third person stay in the room the entire stay.

The listing clearly states two people one bed. I tried to alter the charge, but the site said this is only for two not three and would not let me. How do I charge for this? I thought she was visiting at times and I was okay with that, but she stayed here the whole time.

@Juliann0 - You need to use the Resolution Center to request this money.

However, you are unlikely, unless the guest agrees to pay you, to get Airbnb to act on your behalf.  You have "no charge" listed for extra people on one listing and no "extra person fee" on the other.  Officially you cannot charge for extra people if it is not in the listing.
