Tried to cancel the reservation periode for my room. But not possible.

ITried to cancel the reservation periode for my room. But not possible to do it, the button is not active. I pressed cancel, then i get a message box of the reason for the cancelelation. Non of the buttons after i write the reason for the cancellation works. I can only press cancel and send message underneath.  I guess i am supposed to press reject once more to finish the procedure, but it is blured out.

I suppose you are trying to cancel a confirmed reservation and suffer the penalties ?

Obviously it is difficult for other hosts to test out this function as most of us try to avoid this situation.

I get this far:

1. Go to my reservations - click change or cancel
2. Click on cancel reservation 
3. Arrive at the page where I select a reson.  At the bottom of this page, there is a next step and I do not want to continue for obvious reasons.

I suggest you use the laptop version of airbnb and Chrome browser.

Still no success - clear your cache on your browser until time immemorial.
