Where's my refund

I submitted a refund from host and airbnb approved it on November 20th/2016 and said I should get my by November 28th/2016. It's not December 2nd and no refund. I can't contact either host or airbnb. Is there an email to contact? PLEASE HELP

You can Google for Airbnb's number in your country.  Otherwise, you can try Tweeting them.  No useable email.

I'm having this issue now, did you eventually get the refund? If yes, how long did it take? If no, were you able to contact? What a frustrating process.
