confusion about messages

confusion about messages

Help!  I'm new to airbnb and am still trying to get the hang of the website.  I just noticed that I had two 'unread' messages that posted yesterday.  (I just noticed because I didn't get the usual text/email.)  Sure enough, there were two entries from two different people.  The thing is, there was no message.  It just said 'Conversation with (name)', withg their airbnb profile pictures on the side.  I'm trying very hard to respond to all inquiries to immediately, but there don't seem to be any actual messages from these two individuals.  Does anyone know what this might be?  Thanks much!

@Deborah-And-Barry0 - I got one of those as well and when I reached out the the sender, she said she didn't mean to do that and she had sent about 6 more to other hosts.  Write to both of them and let them know you didn't receive a message on your end and did they mean to send one?  It might be a bug that Airbnb needs to look at.
