contact airbnb super host

This is the second time I have been past up for super host and I HAVE met all the criteria. Does anyone know how to contact airbnb?

@Paige4 Just took a quick look at your listings.  I noted that the 1891 Remodel and the Manitou Springs listings each had a host cancellation.  I could not tell if they were within 12 months of April 1, but if they were, that would be the reason for not getting Super Host status. Hopefully they will drop off the radar by the July 1 assessment date.  if you haven't already, you might want to read this link on host cancellation penalties:
