how to get some recompense from Air bnb for a mistake they made

A prospective guest tells me that Airbb did not process their request as the listing was not avaialble, and on this basis they changed their plans. Actually the listing WAS available, so Airbnb may have made an error. I do not know how to contact them about this - it is really ahrd to get hold of them? Any ideas?

I think you will be on a hiding to nothing if you feel BNB would compensate you for this.
