make a change to the reservation

hi , please can you help . I need to make a change in one of the reservation . the alternative accommodation is more expensive but I offer to the guest the same price in subtotal . the guest see that subtotal is absolutely the same but  for some reason service fee is higher and of course we do not understand  . can someone help please

Upon checking my transaction history I have discovered that I have not been paid for 11 guest stays .

I cannot contact Airbnb directly which is very frustarting indeed.

I ask the question and the automatic response keeps telling me to check my transaction history !!!!

Can anyone help as to how to contact Airbnb directly.
