nightly charges being different to those advertised

I had a recent cancellation (I operate a 50% charge for cancellations if within 4 weeks) and then relisted and updated my calendar making it available at a cost of £90 per night. On the booking calendar it states £90 per night, but on the guests request it states £78 per night, does anyone know why this is? Who is getting the difference between the 2 prices?
