I have been a host for 2 years and just now airbnb paid me in the wrong amount. I needed to talk to someone from airbnb, tried to call them overseas from indonesia but i was on hold for soo long and i just hang up. Emailed them but no response. i am very frustrated with their customer service. Airbnb really need to step up their customer service.

Anyone who has the same issue and what is the best solution for this matter? thanks
