requesting money

I am a host, and I want to request a payment from a guest who left some time ago. I posted on some items the guest left behind so I want to request the postage, I have been messaging the guest and they are happy to pay me, but the, request accept payment, button seems to be gone. Any advice welcome. Thanks

@Patrick435 As far as I remember, you can request more money than the reservation quote only within 24 hours after checkout.

Suggest you handle with a direct PayPal payment for this.
