I'm sorry that I receiving bank is not Japan Post Bank, so I don't know why.

I think the best thing to do is to contact CS.

Japanese CS team is very kind and polite. I'm sure they will be of help to you!

Basically, as in other countries, there are several ways to receive hosting income.
Outside the U.S., bank transfers are the simplest.
I also use Japan Post Bank (Yucho Ginko), so others can also receive earnings there.
I remember that it takes a few days to get approval if you specify Yucho Ginko in the "Add a method of payment" section of your account, but I believe it is available.

You will need a SWIFT number and other information.
