Anyone hosting in Lago Vista, TX?

Is anyone here from Lago Vista, TX? I have a few questions and your help would be much appreciated!

1) How do I apply for the short-term occupancy permit? I've read the occupancy policy and it says short term rental is permitted in accordance with Section 23, however, need to apply for the permit to the city. But how? I can't find any forms, nor a single telephone number. Only for queries related to building permits, court hearings, utilities, library, pools etc.

2) Can you tell me your experience how quickly you received the permit after applying? Was it difficult to get it? Any pitfalls, etc?
