Blackstone griddle, who offers one?

I met a guy who owns a treehouse village of STRs. He was buying 3 Blackstone griddle. He said he was phasing out the grills as these are more versatile and his guests love them. Guests can cook breakfast outside, which they love, and then use for dinner as well. Saves wear and tear on the kitchen in his opinion. They seem like a useful item but I was wondering if anyone here has one at an STR and do guests actually leave them in decent shape? I’ve watched a few videos on cleaning one and it seems pretty straightforward, especially if you own a steam cleaner, which I do. I have a big green egg and it is wonderful but it does take some time and practice if you’re not familiar.

@Annette76 Did you get any good recommendations yet? These griddles look a lot like electric stoves so perhaps with a little explanation the "How to use" should be quite straightforward.
