Do you guys know what is the best way to find out how much your neighbors make ? I am looking to buy new proprand people being saying AIRDNA is not accurate. Any advice?

I would like to share with you the New Airbnb pricing tool that compares similar listings nearby, you can find it here.

To access the tool you will need to opt-in for Early access, you can read more about it here.  Also, once you have Early Access to the 2023 Summer Release, you may not be able to opt out of it.
