Coeur D'Alene Idaho City Council permit regulations

If there are any fellow Airbnb hosts in Coeur D'Alene Idaho who live in the home that they rent a room or apartment from you will want to be aware that the City Planning Commission and City Council is raising the short term rental permit fee and developing new regulations. This fee increase and possible new regulations will disproportionately impact hosts who live in their homes with smaller fees and all smaller more modest rentals. If you are interested in joining me to brining awareness to City that small host lived in homes should not be treated the same non owner occupied rentals, reach out. There are meetings on Feb 14 and 21, 2022.
