@Daria183 Airbnb already prompts guests to complete the review process at the end of the stay, and sends email reminders until they do so. As a guest, I would find it superfluous if I was also asked to fill in a survey. However, if you're seeking feedback about a topic that isn't addressed in the rating categories, it's completely fine to write a personalized note to your guests.
If you're an offsite host, I also recommend checking up on your guests within 24 hours of their arrival, just in case there are any questions or concerns that they might have been too shy to address. Not everyone wants to be pressed for feedback, but most appreciate gestures of thoughtfulness.
