Hello:

How did i go from a 4.7 rating to a 4.0 in the superhost dashboard?

i ha only on 5 star review for one stay this quarter.

Hello @Jill914 

You have a number of listings on Airbnb but your score under your profile is showing 4.52 and not 4 if that is some consolation.  The SH score may be something different again?

@Jill914 Have you tried contacting Airbnb support? Possible that the rating calculation for superhost has been updated causing the decrease in your Superhost rating from 4.7 to 4.0. Hope this helps!

You need to look at your reviews across all your listings @Jill914 

Did you have listings with lower ratings you've deleted and relisted as new @Jill914

@Jill914 You seem to have lots of reviews on different properties that will presumably be lowering your score.

That aside as an attorney I am surprised you find it acceptable to call guests 'nut jobs'. Perhaps patent attorneys have different training to other types of attorney.
