Display rate higher than base rate

Hello all! 

I am having trouble with my display rate showing much higher than my base rate or asking rate. I have manually set my "summer rates" as the algorithm is asking extremely high prices and I want to stay at a reasonable rate for our area. I have only left smart pricing on specific holiday weekends. I think my home is not booking because the display rate is so high. It was even higher and I am not sure what I did to bring it down from that price, but it is still much higher than it should be. Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks in advance!

Did you get a chance to discuss this with Customer Support by any chance? We don't have access to your account or settings here so it's hard to guess where the issue lies, but do let us know if you need more help please. 🙂
