I need advice on the best promos for monthly and weekly if that allows to be put in while 28 days is the minimum to book. Pricing range $100 plus should it be lower? Is there anything else I should do to get booked? Especially to get my first booking anytime soon?

I've also found this article about Weekly and Monthly discounts. It mentions weekly discounts apply to stays of 7 or more nights and monthly discounts apply to stays of 28 or more nights. If your minimum is 28 days, only the monthly discount would apply.
