 Can someone please explain to me in words that i can understand...why my payout of $489.85 was reduced to $305.90 ? When i called they told me that there is an adjustment from july of last year (2019) from a previous guest who cancelled after checking in and spending the night.  However, i have strict cancellation policy. Without my knowledge $218.74 was taken out of my present payout...but when i calculate it, the math does not add up. I do not understand it, please someone tell me what happened here, i am so disappointed in Air BNB. I am thinking of cancelling my post...i am not making any money anyway.
