Hosting my Mum's property - Taxes

I am helping my Mum rent out her villa in Thailand through my Airbnb account. Her bank account is listed as the payout method. It appears that my name is listed on the tax documents for the first few bookings. How do I change this so that these re in her name? Do I have to make her a co-host?

You would need to set the listing up in your mum's name and have yourself added as the cohost . Then your mum will pay tax for her income and you will only pay tax on the amount she is paying you to cohost for her .
