Until now, no one reply and no one care our case, I feel I never can take my money back……
manager tell us no need to update anything, as this will trigger something, this is cheating us, he even said everything has been fixed and has a bug in the system before.
and later, after 2 days ,he go away and close the ticket
And all other staff just need us explain again the case but just say sorry and not answer our questions stick to the point. and after waiting 60 hours we don’t have any reply, and then close ticket and I need loop and ask again. Anyone can help? It’s mean everything to me.
