I need to show that that company is either a co-host or a hosting team member for tax reasons

Hello Everyone, 

I am the owner (via a company) of 2 properties. My girlfriend is the primary host. For tax reasons in the country where the properties are (Romania) I need to show that that company is either a co host or a hosting team member. Is it possible to imput company details in both instances? And if both instances to give the company bank account for wire transfers? As it seems that switching primary host to co host makes the property loose its reviews
